Staying Healthy
There are plenty of ways to stay healthy. One of the ways is to eat right and don't eat a bunch of junk food. Another way is to not drink soda and to drink a lot of water. You need to eat fruits and vegetables and try to watch calories on things you eat so you can try work it off by exercising. You should get at least seven to eight hours of sleep every night so that way you aren't tired all day and so you can pay attention. Like in school your gonna need your sleep and have a healthy breakfast so that way you can pay attention in class and know whats going on instead of sleeping.
